This notice explains how Iron Mind Athletics handles consultation enquiries and the services used to deliver and protect them.
Consultation enquiries
The form asks for your full name, email address, optional phone number, and message or training goals. When you select Submit enquiry, the website validates those details and the security check. Accepted enquiries are sent through Cloudflare Email Service to Jack’s business Gmail inbox. No email application needs to open.
The form keeps your entries on the page if there is an error so you can correct them. It does not save enquiries in browser local storage or a website database. If the service is unavailable, the page reports that delivery could not be confirmed.
Please keep medical histories and other sensitive information out of an initial enquiry. Information you send is used to respond and discuss training. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription or a confirmed appointment.
Email handling
Cloudflare and Google’s Gmail service process the enquiry to deliver it to Jack’s business inbox. Your email address is included as the reply address so Jack can respond. The website does not send automatic confirmation emails to visitors or keep a separate enquiry archive. Email providers may retain messages and delivery records under their own policies.
The on-page confirmation means the email service accepted the message for delivery. Inbox arrival can still be affected by spam filtering or later delivery issues.
Security checks
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions. The backend validates the result and applies rate limits using the connection’s IP address. A hidden spam field and input limits provide additional checks. The application does not log message contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or security tokens.
Cloudflare processes technical connection and browser information needed to host the website and provide its security checks. During private testing, Cloudflare Access also authenticates the approved tester. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Other website services
This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics services. Instagram, Google Maps, and direct email links open only when you choose those links. They have their own privacy practices. No embedded map, social feed, payment gateway, or live chat loads on these pages.
